After getting some well need constructive criticism, we decided to change our layout of the website. We now feel it is a lot clearer and well structured.

We took pictures of some of our most qualified and recognized stylists.
We also decided to include a short description of
the awards they have won as a salon both as a team and individually.
We arranged their pictures as we discussed as a team.

We chose which product line would best suit our salon and which was widely recognizable.
We came up with "Bed Head" as they have a wide range of products to suit every hair type on every budget. They also do gift packs which were perfect for this time of year.
We came up with what to say so that we could describe but also market our products.
The products we chose are eye catching and
blend in well to our stylish website.

We researched different prices from well known hair salons and came up with our price list to accommodate all ranges of customers for the current economic climate.
For this reason we also have special offers running each month.
We linked the two pages.
We put in pictures of up to the minute hair styles.

We came up with the design we would use for page 1.
We chose which pictures we would use, we decided on a colour scheme and the type of font we would use for a professional yet stylish look.
We had a team meeting and decided what information we would include on the introduction page.
We designed the navigation buttons and placed them in the master page.

New group member

Margaret Lynch has joined our group as everyone else had already joined a group.
We discussed our topic with Margaret and she liked our ideas also.
She gave us some insight into the project,
We also discussed as a group what design we would use,
including what colour schemes etc.
We researched our chosen topic Envy Hair Design Salon.
We found appropriate pictures and ideas.
We also researched other prices in the area and came up
with an average of them.

Work Allocation

We have decided to appoint the first page which is the introduction to the website to Laura, this page will also show the address and phone number of the salon.
The second page is assigned to Julie, which will show the list of up coming offers and the price list.
The third page is also been appointed to Julie, which will show the products available in the salon and their prices.
The Fourth Page is been appointed to Emma, this page contains information regarding the employees working at the salon.
The Fifth Page is also being assigned to Emma, this page will portray all the revelent information ragarding in house training.
